Interview with Priscilla Pelusso in El Observador
EXANTE partner Priscilla Pelusso participated in the El Observador newspaper article “Mergers and acquisitions: after a year with fewer operations, a rebound is expected in 2024”.
Priscilla commented that the start of the year was auspicious, with a number of transactions being developed and likely to materialize over the next few months. He explained that 2023 was not good for mergers and acquisitions activity although it rebounded towards the end.
Likewise, the poor performance came after 2022 was consolidated as the best of the last five.
“If the trend observed in the last months of last year continues, it is most likely that in 2024 we will have more transactions than we had in 2023,” he mentioned.
